SHIPPING INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE
Shipping Costs – Australia #$AUS15.00 to #$30.00 with full tracking number and express delivery, with all our deliveries a signature will be required. Upon request we can also deliver to a post office box (where you will also be required to sign for your parcel).

Shipping Costs – International #$AU30.00 - #$AU80.00 with full tracking number – we use DHL for all our International deliveries

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES

The Australian postal service only delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. On the completion of your order we will advise you by email approximately 24 to 48 hours prior, to advise a delivery date, when the item is sent we will also email you the tracking number so you can track the parcel via Australia Post: www.auspost.au/track
Please keep in mind these suggested delivery times are simply an estimate and does not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Maria Chiodo does not take responsibility for any delays caused by delivery services or destination customs clearance processes.
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
We will not be able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location. Generally the shipping charges are approximately #$AU30.00 - #$AU80.00 plus.
Delivery time once the order has been completed and DHL has picked up you parcel it should take between 3 - 5 business days.
Orders shipped internationally can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. If you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office.  All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
